sounds like a slogan. It is actually a filter. I work with people who have taste and a plan, in the neighborhoods I know block by block: North Park, South Park, Golden Hill, Normal Heights, Kensington, University Heights, Bankers Hill, Hillcrest, Mission Hills, Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, and down into Chula Vista where I grew up.

 I got here sideways. I left UC Davis after my freshman year studying chemical engineering, came home, and talked my way into a job stringing rackets at Balboa Tennis Club. I coached there for five years. It was a great run with a low ceiling, and one of my students, a property manager, is the reason I got my license in 2022.

Coaching turned out to be good training. The job is the same shape: ask better questions than people are asking themselves, be honest when the answer is not what they want, and stay in it when it gets hard.

Here is what the work actually looks like. I personally toured more than 800 homes in 2025, which is why I can tell you what a place is worth before we walk out. I negotiated roughly $990,000 in credits and price reductions for clients in the last twelve months. I have sold $21.5M across 20 transactions in the last two years, from a $355,000 first home to a $3,000,000 one. My average sale price so far in 2026 is $1,320,000, and I split my time about evenly between buyers and sellers.

I also do something most agents do not. I put listings in front of about 250,000 local people every month, more than 3,000,000 views a year, built organically with no ad spend. Traditional real estate marketing is dying. I would rather own the attention than rent it.

I attend every showing personally, or send someone I trained myself. Nobody is walking your buyers through a property they are seeing for the first time.
